1. Plates and active material: The plates are made of high-purity lead-tin alloy, offering a 40% improvement in corrosion resistance compared to traditional lead-calcium alloy, with self-discharge rates controlled below 1.5% per month. The active material undergoes nano-level doping modification, increasing specific capacity by 20%, ensuring sustained discharge capability and long-term performance under high loads.
Separators and Electrolyte: Military-grade composite glass fiber separators are used, with a liquid absorption rate exceeding 95%, enabling uniform adsorption of high-concentration anti-freeze electrolyte and providing ample ionic pathways for electrode reactions. The electrolyte employs a special additive formulation, offering excellent low-temperature flow properties and preventing solidification even in extremely cold environments.
2. The released gas is filtered to prevent the risk of sparks igniting, ensuring comprehensive safety during use.
4. Adaptability Optimization: The battery's positive and negative terminals are made of thickened pure copper with an anti-corrosion coating to reduce contact resistance. Additionally, multiple installation interfaces are available, compatible with battery mounting brackets from various heavy-duty truck brands, enabling convenient installation without requiring additional modifications.
