The safety valve is equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor. The error in opening pressure can be controlled within ±1Kp. The sealing performance during the closing process is tested by a helium mass spectrometry leak detector, with the leakage rate being lower than 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s. The built-in acid filter sheet adopts a multi-layer composite structure, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99.5% for acid mist. Moreover, after continuous use for 12 months, it still maintains a filtration effect of over 85%.
Production Process Description:
The outer shell of the safety valve is manufactured using an integrated injection molding process. The mold precision reaches 0.01mm, ensuring uniform assembly gaps for all components. The micro-pores of the key component, the flame arrester, are controlled at 0.1-0.2mm and are achieved through laser drilling technology. The porosity rate is stable at 35%-40%, which not only effectively blocks flames but also does not affect gas flow. Before each batch of products is put into production, they undergo a 72-hour high-temperature and high-pressure aging test. The test environment temperature is 80℃ and the pressure is 20Kp. Only those that pass the test can be released from the factory.
Storage and transportation conditions:
The safety valve can be stored in an environment ranging from -40℃ to 60℃ for up to 2 years without any performance degradation. During transportation, it can withstand vibration tests with an amplitude of 2mm and a frequency of 50Hz. When packaged properly, it can withstand a drop impact of 1 meter, ensuring intactness upon delivery to the customer.
