Maintenance instruction
1、Storage
1.1 This series of batteries shall be stored in 5-25℃ dry, clean, and well ventilated environment free from direct sunlight, at least 2m from the heat source.
1.2 The battery shall not be inverted and laid and subject to any mechanical impact and pressure.
1.3 The storage duration of the battery is 6 months at room temperature. Normally if within 6 months. the battery can be used directly. If storage for more than 6 months, the battery can still be used after power replenishment.
2、Charging method
This series of batteries can use the constant voltage or constant current charging method, but the constant voltage charging method is recommended.
2.1 constant current charging method
To charge the battery in the current (A) of 1/20 of the rated capacity of 20 hours until the battery voltage reaches 14.4V, then continue to charge for 2-3 hours.
2.2 Constant Voltage charging method
To charge the battery at constant voltage above 16.0 (maximum current not exceed 25A) until the charging current is near zero and maintains unchange for 2-3 hours.
2.3 The battery shall be charged with the positive electrode of the charger to the positive electrode of the battery, and the negative electrode of the charger to the negative electrode of the battery. Don’t reverse charging.
